PWI has recently revised is refund policy for all courses. This revised policy is below. If you have any questions about these revisions, please contact PWI directly at pwi@processwork.org
Continuing Education Courses Refund Policy: Participants may cancel their registration in a course in any manner (in writing, in person, or by phone), but to protect the participant's interests and to establish a record to resolve any misunderstandings, we strongly advise that any requests for cancellation be made or followed up with email or other written communication. A participant who elects to cancel their registration within five (5) calendar days of registration but prior to the first day of the course will receive a full refund of all money paid. A participant who elects to cancel their registration after five (5) calendar days of registration but prior to the first day of the course, will be refunded all money paid, less a registration fee of $20.
When a participant elects to withdraw from a course after attending any portion of the first class in that course but less than 50% of all the classes in the course, the Process Work Institute may retain the registration fee of $20 plus a percentage of the total course price, which shall not exceed the following:
a. Up to and including 10% of the course completed, PWI retains 10% of the refundable course price.
b. Between 10% and 25% of the course completed, PWI retains 25% of the refundable course price.
c. Between 25% and 50% of the course completed, PWI retains 50% of the refundable course price.
d. After the participant completes more than 50% of the course, PWI shall be entitled to retain the total course price.
In case of a participant illness, accident, psychological emergency, death in family and other circumstances beyond the control of the participant, the Process Work Institute will give special consideration to the participant's request for cancellation beyond the minimum refund policy."
